This place is adorable. The restaurant is loacted in a small house just behind Surin Thai Restaurant off North Highland Rd. in Virginia Highlands. Adorned with wind chimes, pinwheels, sea shells, candles, silk flowers, elegant white table cloths and of course, a fully stocked bar, this one-man chef dressed in sweats and t-shirt whips up some fantastic Thai food.
